At Nativotx, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the provided return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
